Note that if you are not available to receive the order after confirmation to the courier, and we need to arrange a second delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged to you for re-arranging the artwork drop-off. The charge will have to be paid in cash to the courier company.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Products must be returned protected in a box.

Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. When returning the goods, please provide your order number in all correspondence.

Returns Deadline
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the products.

Refunds
When returned goods are received following the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within ten business days.

Refusal of Returns
