How long will it take to receive my order?

At Skew'd, each product in our shop is meticulously crafted on demand. Once you've placed your order, we kickstart the process to get it to you. Crafting your item upon order ensures we avoid overproduction, demonstrating our commitment to you and the planet we share.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from our print studios in the UK, Netherlands, Australia and USA.

Will I have to pay customs charges/import taxes?

If ordering from the UK, EU, USA or Australia/New Zealand, you will not be subject to import taxes. We avoid this by producing your artwork close to you in one of our global studios. 

Orders going to other destinations may also not be subject to import taxes, although we can't guarantee it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your order, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer custom framing services?

At the moment, we don't offer custom framing services. However, our framed prints come ready to hang, saving you time and effort.

What types of frames do you offer?

We offer frames in classic black and white, as well as a natural wood finish. Each frame is handcrafted for durability and aesthetic appeal.

Can I purchase just the artwork without the frame?

Yes, we offer art prints without frames. Simply select the 'Print Only' option when making your purchase.

How should I care for my framed artwork?

To maintain the quality of your framed artwork, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Use a dry cloth to gently dust the frame as needed.

What size frames are available?

Our frames come in various sizes to suit your needs. Check the product description for specific frame dimensions.
